You may think it's summer I have nothing to do but now you do. Here are some games for you this summer...
Water tag- 3+ kids can play( all age dancers and non dancers), you need a water gun for every person playing and to team captions ( two teams work and try color teams), then have two adults at two different hoses to help them with water gun refill.
Sprinkler- that is all you need... just run in a sprinkler.
Water Balloon Fight- two or three teams and water balloons
As a dancer you may think it's summer i can relaxe but you will lose muscle, here are some exercises to help keep muscle.
You want to start by doing about 8 push ups and work your way up to as high as you can go. By the end of summer you should be able to do 50 or more push ups. You will have even more muscle than at the beginning of summer.
